Looking through a copy of Work(ed) you can pretty much smell the blood, sweat and tears that have gone into a publication like this…each page is hand-crafted and vibrant, and the number of freebies is just plain exciting - you always get your buck's worth with a Swill Children release. What works so nicely about Work(ed) is the perfect harmony of the content and the physical qualities of the zine - Peter Sutherland's rough, off-the-cuff but fascinating forays into the weird and wonderful seem to have been made for the rough, risographed pages they inhabit. Plus it comes with a jar opener! that removes lint too!
